Payment & Booking
Direct Booking
Submit a Booking Request by filling out our secure online form.
We'll review your request and confirm availability ASAP. You'll then receive an Invoice with a breakdown of your Rental Fee and Security Deposit.
Follow the instruction in the Invoice to make and process payment by our trusted third-party partner. Full payment is required before proceeding.
Review and electronically sign the Rental Agreement.
Third-Party Platforms Booking
We currently list our studio on Peerspace and Giggster (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform“)
Submit a Booking Request through the chosen Platform.
We'll review your request and confirm availability ASAP.
You will handle the Security Deposit and Full Payment directly through the Platform. We receive payment only after your booking completion.
The Platform will manage refunds and ALL payment processing. We have no control over this process.
On Booking Day
Rock Your Production! We're excited to see your creative vision come to life.
Upon completion, we'll conduct a quick walkthrough to check the studio condition and sign the relating documents (Walkthrough Report) or have a staff member do it (Site Rep Report).
This takes about 3-5 minutes. Once everything looks good, you're free to depart!

General Terms & Rules
We offer a versatile creative space perfect for a variety of projects, including but not limited to:
Media & Content Production: Photo/Videography Sessions, Film & Series Production, Documentary, Interviews, Podcasts.
Meetings: Team Huddle, Brainstorms Sessions, Casting Call.
Private Events: Intimate Gathering, Social Networking, Professional Workshop.
Understanding Our Terms
Initial Deposit: A security deposit is required to hold your booking and cover any potential damages. This deposit can be:
Deducted from your final invoice (if applicable).
Converted into studio credits for future bookings.
Gifted to a friend for their creative endeavors!

Rescheduling: We understand that things can change. First-time clients may reschedule their booking once with a minimum of 7 days' written notice. After this grace period, changes or cancellations are not accepted (exceptions may apply for membership holders).
Overtime & Extras: Sometimes, projects run longer than anticipated. We strive to offer flexibility! If you need additional time or equipment during your booking, simply let a staff member know. We'll check availability and inform you of the maximum extension possible.

6.1 Cancellation Tiers
More than 7 Days Before Entry: If the Renter cancels more than 7 days before the scheduled entry, they will receive a full transfer to MBLD credits for 100% of the Location Fee.
Between 48 hours and 7 Days Before Entry: If the Renter cancels less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the scheduled entry, they will forfeit 50% of the Location Fee and receive a transfer to MBLD credits for the remaining 50%.
Less than 48 Hours Before Entry: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled entry will result in the Renter owing 100% of the Location Fee
